In-Stock Items
For in-stock items, our online store gladly accepts returns for refund within 14 days of the delivery date and returns for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
Final Sale
Certain items are final sale, however, customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you have any questions, concerns, or are unsatisfied in any way with a Stardust Jewels product, feel free to email me at Christina@StardustJewels.co and I will do our best to work with you.
How To Make A Return
If you would like to return an item, please email me at Christina@StardustJewels.co for for an official return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Stardust Jewels is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method and insuring your package for its full value. Please note: refunds or store credit cannot be issued for items we do not receive.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received by Stardust Jewels, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus any shipping fees. Please be aware that your bank may require additional time to complete the transaction after the refund has been initiated.
Return Conditions
Items must meet our return criteria to be eligible for a refund. If a return does not meet these conditions, the item will be returned to you without a refund. When your return has been approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation and your refund will be initiated.
